As part of the Trade Mark Services team, Zainab's main responsibilities include the maintenance and accuracy of Keltie’s cases within the IPMS, filing new Trade Mark applications at the UKIPO, EUIPO, IPOI, WIPO as well as instructing foreign counsel, general liaison with clients and foreign associates worldwide, management and upkeep of Fee Earner and departmental diaries, processing of incoming correspondence from local IPO’s and foreign related trade marks, management of the daily critical list, and preparing and issuing client reports to ensure the client is kept apprised of developments.
Zainab completed her LPC at the University of Law in 2020 and IP was one of her electives.
She has some prior experience of working in IP before joining us at Keltie in 2022.
Zainab qualified at a CITMA Paralegal in 2024.
