Simon assists the fee earners with professional work. He has responsibility for: cost estimates; due diligence work; patent searches; reciprocity; and client portfolio management. He also handles patent and trade mark assignments, licences, changes of name and caveats.
Simon joined Keltie in 2009, having started in the profession in 2001. He has experience of working in both industry and private practice and passed the CIPA Certificate in Patent Administration in 2006 and the CITMA Trade Mark Administrators' Course in 2008.
