Maria leads Keltie's IP Systems Development Team, which is tasked with automating processes to capture, store and retrieve all IP information in an efficient and secure manner. Maria works closely with professionals, in both patents and trade marks departments, and support departments to ensure our IP systems meet our clients' needs. With in-depth knowledge of the IP information we hold, the team is able to generate sophisticated reports, letter templates and off-the-shelf applications such as filing and renewal calculators.
Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish and speaks Catalan.
Maria joined Keltie in 2007. Originally Maria worked within the human resources industry in Barcelona. She moved from Barcelona to London in 1996 to join Bazley White & Co. a firm of solicitors with a large Spanish client base. She worked alongside the commercial and litigation partners for over ten years handling Spanish client care and IT implementation.
Maria passed the CIPA Certificate in Patent Administration in 2009 and CITMA Trade Mark Administrators' Course in 2012.
