About Kirsty

Kirsty is responsible for HR Administration at Keltie. Working as an integral part of the HR team, she is involved in all aspects of HR such as recruitment, absence management, training, induction, updating records and managing the HR information system.

Kirsty joined Keltie in February 2017, having previously worked in various client facing roles in the Facilities industry. She progressed to the role of Assistant Manager of a Business Centre, where she found her flair for working with people most personally rewarding when demonstrated with her colleagues and employees, leading to a passion for HR.

 

Kirsty entered higher education to study people management, joining Keltie originally as an administrator in Trade Mark Records before transferring to the HR Department, and commencing her HR career. Kirsty is an Associate Member of the CIPD with a keen interest in employee engagement, and learning and development.
