As part of the Trade Mark Services team, Ellie’s main responsibilities include the maintenance and accuracy of Keltie’s cases within the IPMS, filing new Trade Mark applications at the UKIPO, EUIPO, IPOI, WIPO as well as instructing foreign counsel, general liaison with clients and foreign associates worldwide, management and upkeep of Fee Earner and departmental diaries, processing of incoming correspondence from local IPO’s and foreign related trade marks, management of the daily critical list, and preparing and issuing client reports to ensure the client is kept apprised of developments.
Prior to joining Keltie, Ellie graduated from the University of Brighton in 2019 with a degree in LLB Law with Criminology before starting in an IP Renewals Administrator role. Ellie then went on to gain experience in various legal roles primarily in the Contract sector.
Ellie joined Keltie in 2024.
