As part of the Trade Mark Services team, Danielle's main responsibilities include the maintenance and accuracy of Keltie’s cases within the IPMS, filing new Trade Mark applications at the UKIPO, EUIPO, IPOI, WIPO as well as instructing foreign counsel, general liaison with clients and foreign associates worldwide, management and upkeep of Fee Earner and departmental diaries, processing of incoming correspondence from local IPO’s and foreign related trade marks, management of the daily critical list, and preparing and issuing client reports to ensure the client is kept apprised of developments.
Danielle obtained a degree in Philosophy and Psychology whilst working full time and completed the CITMA paralegal qualification in 2022.
Danielle joined Keltie in June 2023 after gaining 4 years of experience in IP at a London Law firm.
