Chris works closely with our patent and trade mark fee earners on professional work and case management, as well as supervising our Professional Support team.
Her patent and trade mark responsibilities include: cost estimates, due diligence work, watching services, searches, reciprocity, drafting letters to clients, handling assignments, licences, changes of name, caveats and system development work. Chris also oversees payment of official fees to WIPO and the EUIPO and reconciliation of the corresponding deposit accounts.
Chris joined Keltie in 2006, with previous experience in patents with a London firm. She was awarded an ILEX Diploma and Vocational Paralegal Certificate in 2005 by North West Kent College.
Chris passed the CIPA Patent Administration Course in 2008 and the CITMA Trade Mark Administrators' Course in 2009.
